SaarVertikal 2026: Gelungener Formtest!

Manchmal passt einfach alles zusammen: gutes Wetter, gute Beine und eine Veranstaltung, die zeigt, wie viel Herzblut in der Radsport-Community steckt.

Für uns, Christoph und Timm, war das diesjährige SaarVertikal ein wichtiger Meilenstein auf dem Weg zu ReRide1926. Gleichzeitig war es die erste gemeinsame Ausfahrt im neuen ReRide1926-Trikot – ein besonderer Moment und ein weiteres Puzzlestück, das sich einfügt.

Die 130 Kilometer mit rund 2.000 Höhenmetern quer durch das Saarland boten genau die richtige Mischung aus sportlicher Herausforderung und Fahrspaß. Schotterwege, Waldpassagen, knackige Anstiege und immer wieder beeindruckende Ausblicke sorgten für einen abwechslungsreichen Tag im Sattel.

Besonders begeistert hat uns die Organisation durch BIKE AID e.V. und das SaarVertikal-Team. Die Verpflegungsstationen unterwegs waren bestens vorbereitet, überall standen engagierte Helferinnen und Helfer bereit, und man spürte vom Start bis ins Ziel die große Leidenschaft der vielen Ehrenamtlichen. Genau dieses Gemeinschaftsgefühl macht Veranstaltungen wie SaarVertikal so besonders.

Ein weiteres Highlight folgte am vergangenen Sonntag: Das SaarVertikal wurde vom Team der SR-Sportarena begleitet. Der Beitrag zeigte nicht nur die besondere Atmosphäre der Veranstaltung, sondern bot auch die Gelegenheit, euch unser Projekt ReRide1926 und die Motivation dahinter vorzustellen.

Was SaarVertikal zusätzlich auszeichnet: Die Veranstaltung verbindet Sport mit sozialem Engagement. Die Spendenerlöse kommen mehreren sozialen Projekten im Saarland zugute.

SaarVertikal 2026: A successful test run!

Sometimes everything just falls into place: good weather, fresh legs and an event that shows just how much passion there is in the cycling community.

For us, Christoph and Timm, this year’s SaarVertikal was an important milestone on the road to ReRide1926. At the same time, it was our first ride together in the new ReRide1926 jersey – a special moment and another piece of the jigsaw that fits perfectly into the bigger picture.

The 130-kilometre route, with around 2,000 metres of elevation gain, criss-crossing the Saarland, offered just the right mix of sporting challenge and riding enjoyment. Gravel tracks, forest sections, tough climbs and, time and again, breathtaking views made for a varied day in the saddle.

We were particularly impressed by the organisation provided by BIKE AID e.V. and the SaarVertikal team. The refreshment stations along the route were superbly organised, dedicated volunteers were on hand everywhere, and you could feel the immense passion of the many volunteers from start to finish. It is precisely this sense of community that makes events like SaarVertikal so special.

Another highlight followed last Sunday: SaarVertikal was covered by the SR-Sportarena team. The report not only captured the special atmosphere of the event but also provided an opportunity to introduce our ReRide1926 project and the motivation behind it to a wider audience.

What also sets SaarVertikal apart is that the event combines sport with social engagement. The proceeds from donations go towards several social projects in the Saarland.

SaarVertikal 2026 : un test de forme réussi !

Parfois, tout s’accorde à la perfection : du beau temps, des jambes en forme et un événement qui montre à quel point la communauté cycliste est passionnée.

Pour nous, Christoph et Timm, le SaarVertikal de cette année a marqué une étape importante sur la voie menant à ReRide1926. C’était également notre première sortie ensemble dans le nouveau maillot ReRide1926 – un moment particulier et une nouvelle pièce du puzzle qui s’intègre parfaitement dans l’ensemble.

Les 130 kilomètres avec environ 2 000 mètres de dénivelé à travers la Sarre offraient exactement le bon mélange entre défi sportif et plaisir de rouler. Des chemins de gravier, des passages en forêt, des montées exigeantes et des panoramas toujours impressionnants ont assuré une journée variée en selle.

Nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par l’organisation assurée par BIKE AID e.V. et l’équipe du SaarVertikal. Les points de ravitaillement sur le parcours étaient parfaitement préparés, des bénévoles dévoués étaient présents partout, et l’on pouvait ressentir, du départ à l’arrivée, la grande passion des nombreux bénévoles. C’est précisément cet esprit de communauté qui rend des événements comme le SaarVertikal si particuliers.

Un autre temps fort a eu lieu dimanche dernier : le SaarVertikal a été couvert par l’équipe de SR-Sportarena. Le reportage a non seulement mis en avant l’ambiance particulière de l’événement, mais a également été l’occasion de présenter notre projet ReRide1926 et la motivation qui le sous-tend à un public plus large.

Ce qui distingue également SaarVertikal : cet événement allie sport et engagement social. Les fonds récoltés sont reversés à plusieurs projets sociaux en Sarre.
